Aidan Dorsch looks like a big-bodied, power-armed Penguin with upside still on the climb
In the 2026 season, Aidan Dorsch has been used as a starter and swing arm for Youngstown State, but his results have been uneven: he’s logged appearances against Pitt, Auburn, Oregon, and Toledo, and YSU noted he was slated for multiple starts after beginning the year in relief. He brings a true RHP frame at 6'5", 220 lbs and comes to YSU after missing the 2025 season due to injury, which matters for any team weighing both talent and durability. The fit is intriguing if you want size, sink-and-miss potential, and patience for a pitcher still re-establishing himself.
