Grandin Willcox brings proven leg strength and special-teams reliability to Alcorn State
Willcox is a senior special-teams weapon for Alcorn State, with a history of handling both placekicking and punting and a proven ability to hit from distance. At Norfolk State in the 2024 season, he made 7 of 12 field goals, 27 of 31 extra points, and was strong on longer attempts, going 4 of 5 from 40-plus yards; he also won MEAC Specialist of the Week in 2023 after drilling a 50-yarder. The fit question is simple: if you want a calm, experienced kicker with range, he’s worth a look.
