LMU’s seasoned shot-maker and playmaking engine
In the 2024-25 season, Cam Shelton gave Loyola Marymount a proven late-clock scorer and connector, with ESPN listing him at 14.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game; earlier LMU coverage also showed he led the WCC in scoring at 21.4 ppg in 2022-23 and earned Lou Henson All-America recognition. He’s a guard who can score at all three levels, create for teammates, and handle big-game pressure—remember the Gonzaga upset and his 40-point outburst vs. Pacific. If you want a tough, experienced, high-usage lead guard, Shelton is your guy.
