D’Quan Applewhite brings veteran guard size, but current impact at SIUE is limited
D’Quan Applewhite is a 6-foot-3 SIUE guard whose appeal starts with his college experience and positional size, but his current production has been modest, with season indicators showing very limited scoring and playmaking output. He has the frame and backcourt slot versatility that can matter in a roster fit, yet the available data do not show him as a high-usage creator or volume scorer right now. If you want a depth guard who can add experience and size, he’s worth a look; if you need immediate offensive punch, the numbers suggest a quieter fit.
