Collin Ramirez brings a manageable, relief-ready QB profile for Portland State
Ramirez’s appeal is less about explosive volume and more about being a functional, game-ready quarterback who has shown he can step in and compete in relief duty, including a notable stint against second-ranked Montana State in 2013. Recent stat tracking shows a solid passer rating of 117.1 with 1,017 passing yards, 5 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions, suggesting a controlled but not yet high-ceiling passing profile. He looks like a fit for a team that values steadiness, backup reliability, and experience under pressure more than flash.
