Veteran Youngstown State linebacker with a history of production and toughness
Sasson profiles as a physical, instinctive linebacker who has long been known for volume tackling, downhill play, and reliability in the middle of the defense. In the 2010 season, he was a second-team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference selection and logged 45 total tackles, including 21 solo stops, six tackles for loss, and two sacks, after previously totaling 89 tackles in 2011 per available records[1][8][12]. That kind of production hints at a player who reads quickly, plays with edge, and fits best in a defense that values experience, contact, and steady front-seven leadership[1][8].
