Angel Riggins keeps producing for Howard, and the MEAC noticed
In the 2025 season, Angel Riggins hit .328 with 43 hits, 9 doubles, 16 RBIs, and 52 total bases in 50 games, then earned 2026 Preseason All-MEAC First Team recognition as a junior utility/outfield piece for Howard.[1][2] She looks like a high-contact, versatile run-producer who brings lineup flexibility, a knack for clutch run-scoring, and enough steady offense to fit on a team that values competitive edge and adaptability.[1][2][3]
