6-3 NFL Cornerback with Elite Size, Tackling Intensity, and Boundary Mastery
Tre Hawkins III is a 6-3, 195-lb cornerback who stands out for his rare combination of elite size, explosive speed build, and relentless tackling intensity—having amassed 133 tackles in just two Old Dominion seasons. Unlike many CBs who shy away from contact, Hawkins is a tackling machine with the tools to dominate the boundary, staying in-phase up the edge while delivering hard hits. Selected by the Giants in the 6th round (2023) and now on the Washington Commanders (2026), he brings 3 years of NFL experience, zero major injury history, and a high-intensity personality that elevates team defense. He’s a perfect fit for teams needing a physical, big CB who can cover deep and stop runs—making him a must-care asset for any roster seeking reliability and toughness.
