Whitney West brings veteran guard savvy, tough shot-making, and steady leadership to ACU
Whitney West was a proven Abilene Christian guard whose game blended scoring touch, toughness, and feel: ACU’s 2019 program history piece credits her with 1,195 career points, 287 assists, and 234 threes, and the Wildcats note she led the team in three-pointers as a junior and averaged 10.8 points per game in the 2014 season[4][2]. Coaches described her as someone who could attack the rim with a “toughness” that made her hard to stop, which is the kind of two-way guard edge that helps a team in tight games[2].
