Courtney Gordon brings size and trench value to Rice’s defensive front
Courtney Gordon is a Rice defensive lineman whose value is tied to the kind of interior toughness that doesn’t always show up in basic stat lines, with ESPN listing him in the program’s career stats and Rice roster records identifying him as part of the DL group.[1][3] Recruiting databases also list him as a defensive line/edge prospect, suggesting a flexible frame for multiple front looks rather than a one-trick role.[2] For a team looking for a physical, assignment-sound lineman who can fit into a rotation and hold up in the run game, he is the type of player worth tracking.[1][2]
