Matt Chism is a steady, defense-minded Georgia State guard with veteran polish
Matt Chism is a 6-3 Georgia State guard whose value comes from experience, composure, and two-way utility more than flashy scoring. In his Georgia State career, he appeared in 13 games as a freshman in 2017-18 and 8 games as a sophomore in 2018-19, showing he was a reliable depth piece who could contribute in short bursts, including a five-point outing with two steals against Middle Georgia State in 2018-19. The biggest reason to care: he profiles as a low-drama, energy guard who can defend, make winning plays, and fit into a team-first system.
