Eddie Battle is a roster-name to watch, but the 2026 quarterback picture at FAMU points elsewhere
Eddie Battle is listed on Florida A&M’s 2026 football roster, but the clearest current signal is that FAMU has already named Isaiah Knowles its starting quarterback for the 2026 season, so Battle appears to be more of a depth/competition piece than the headline guy right now.[1][2] The upside case is simple: any QB who stays in the mix at an HBCU program with real expectations has to bring timing, command, and composure—but there isn’t enough current public stat data here to credibly claim more than that.[1][2]
