Denzel Davis brings low-usage frontcourt depth for Rice
Denzel Davis profiles as a developmental forward for Rice, with limited recent box-score production but enough length-based value to merit attention as a depth piece rather than a featured scorer. In the 2025-26 season, his listed stats show 8 points total on 30.0% shooting, which suggests he is still carving out a role, but that also means his fit depends more on energy, defensive effort, and ability to do the little things than on shot creation. If your team wants a high-upside, low-ego frontcourt project, he is the kind of player worth monitoring.
