Marshall alum turned proven OL developer with NFL-level credibility
Mendelson is worth a look because he brings real offensive-line pedigree from Marshall, where he was a multi-year contributor and senior starter, and he has since built a résumé coaching OL at the college and NFL levels, including helping a Jaguars line post elite sack-avoidance marks in 2025. His differentiators are technical development, continuity, and a proven ability to coach up protection play rather than chase headlines. For a team that values detail, toughness, and line improvement, he looks like a strong fit.
