A.J. Johnson brings size and upside, but the fit needs fresh verification
A.J. Johnson is listed as a South Florida forward at 6'8", 220, giving the Bulls a big-bodied, modern frontcourt piece with clear physical tools. The catch: the available records are thin and even somewhat ambiguous, so there isn’t enough reliable season-by-season production to credibly stamp him with a hard statistical breakout in 2025-26. What stands out is the frame, which suggests rebounding, interior defending, and matchup versatility; the uncertainty means he’s best viewed as a developmental add unless updated team stats show real minute-earning momentum.
