Maxwell Brown brings explosive tight-end upside for Houston Christian
In the 2014 season, Maxwell Brown flashed big-play TE value for Houston Christian: 6 catches, 118 yards, and a hefty 19.7 yards per catch, including a 52-yard grab that screams mismatch weapon. He’s built like a classic move tight end at 6'3", 232 pounds, and the profile hints at a receiver-friendly target rather than a pure in-line bruiser. The catch: the public record here is older, so the key question is whether that burst and versatility still carry over today. If you want a TE who can create chunk plays, he’s intriguing; if you need a mauling blocker, that’s less obvious.
