Tony Swafford brings a classic linebacker profile to Chattanooga: compact, physical, and assignment-sound
Tony Swafford is listed as a senior linebacker for Chattanooga at 5-11, 186, giving him a compact, downhill build that often fits a quick-reacting, physical LB role.[3] The available roster info is limited, so the real value is in the fit: he profiles as a steady, likely high-effort defender rather than a flashy stat machine, with enough toughness and range to matter in run support and special situations.[3] If you want a linebacker who looks like a tone-setter and depth piece with local roots, he is worth a closer look.[3]
