Kansas’s old-school fullback who brings size and grit
Spencer Roe is a Kansas fullback with classic bruiser size at 6-3 and about 255-260 pounds, and he’s been on the Jayhawks’ roster for multiple seasons, including 2022 as a RS-senior.[3][6] In the 2019 season, he even showed a little surprise value as a receiver, catching a 2-yard touchdown against Iowa State[9]. His appeal is the physicality, blocking utility, and willingness to do the dirty work that doesn’t always show up in box scores—exactly the kind of low-glamour, high-utility player a run-first or goal-line offense can love.
