Ryan Roberson brings old-school fullback value to Texas
Ryan Roberson has been a physical, role-specific depth piece for Texas, appearing in 12 games on special teams and in three games at fullback while handling limited but efficient touches in the 2024 season. His value is less about raw volume and more about reliability, toughness, and doing the dirty work that helps an offense function—short-yardage lead blocking, special teams, and energy plays. If your team needs a compact, downhill fullback who embraces contact and fills an unglamorous but important job, Roberson fits that mold.
