veteran Seattle U guard whose value shows up in leadership, shooting, and steady two-way grit
Aaron Nettles brings real veteran juice for Seattle U: in the 2020-21 season, he averaged 10.1 points, 2.1 assists, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per game, and he scored 20 points twice that year while shooting 6-of-10 from three in one of those outings[1]. His calling card is efficient perimeter scoring plus activity on defense, but the bigger differentiator is intangible—Seattle U honored him with the Elgin Baylor Inspiration Award in 2022 for his work ethic, enthusiasm, and leadership after an injury-shortened season[1][2].
