Javan Morgan brings ball-hawking experience and SWAC-level playmaking to FAMU's secondary
In the 2023 season, Javan Morgan was a standout for Florida A&M, leading the Rattlers with 4 interceptions and earning preseason recognition on the All-SWAC First Team, Reese’s Senior Bowl watch list, and the Aeneas Williams Award watch list.[15] Listed at 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, the veteran DB has the kind of disciplined, playmaking profile that helps a defense flip momentum fast—why he’s worth caring about if your team needs a reliable coverage defender with proven takeaway instincts.[1][7][15]
