steady backup guard with Kentucky-bred toughness
Elisha Justice was a scrappy, high-IQ guard for Louisville in the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons, known for his backup point-guard poise, hustle, and willingness to step into pressure moments. In the 2010-11 season, Louisville noted he posted 33 assists against 14 turnovers and came through with 12 points and 6 rebounds in his first game against Butler, plus a key role in a comeback at Marquette. He was a former Kentucky Mr. Basketball and walk-on-turned-scholarship player, which speaks to his toughness, competitive edge, and team-first fit more than raw upside.
