Wake Forest’s proven leg with all-ACC upside
Matt Brennie has shown real special-teams value for Wake Forest, with an ACC Specialist of the Week nod after averaging 42.9 yards per punt and ranking fourth in the ACC and 17th nationally in punting average in the 2000 season[5]. He’s the kind of punter who changes field position, not just fills a roster spot—his game has been defined by consistency, hang time, and the ability to pin teams deep, plus he was even praised as a team special-teams captain type[7]. If your team wants a reliable, high-floor punter with toughness and leadership, Brennie is absolutely the kind of fit you want.
