C.J. Ogbuehi brings veteran TE size, basketball roots, and red-zone intrigue to Southeastern Louisiana
Ogbuehi is a 6-4, 235-pound tight end whose background gives him a different kind of edge: he was originally recruited to Tyler Junior College on a basketball scholarship, then turned into a football option after catching 11 career junior-college passes for 135 yards before arriving at Southeastern Louisiana. That combo suggests a player with coordination, body control, and matchup value rather than just box-score flash. For a team, he looks like a developmental TE who can help in the middle of the field and in condensed formations if you want toughness with a little sneaky athleticism.
