Robert Marshall brings veteran versatility and proven tackling range to Montana State’s secondary
Marshall is a senior defensive back for Montana State who has shown he can be a reliable, assignment-sound presence in the back end, with breakout production in 2013 (60 tackles, two fumble recoveries, and a forced fumble) and elite athletic testing at a 2025 pro day that suggested top-tier DB movement skills. He fits teams that value physicality, experience, and versatility more than pure highlight-reel plays, though his profile reads more like a steady, high-floor defender than a flashy ballhawk.
