Penn State’s veteran guard with a grinder’s edge
Ross Muir is a former Penn State offensive lineman who earned his keep as a dependable, high-IQ interior blocker, with the kind of unflashy toughness coaches love and teammates trust. In 2008, Penn State listed him as a senior guard and a Dean’s List honoree, which hints at the blend of discipline, consistency, and football-plus-academics professionalism he brought to the program[1]. That profile makes him the classic fit for a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and work ethic over hype.
