Butler’s Dale Jennings: a proven downhill threat with game-breaking burst
Dale Jennings stands out as a compact, physical Butler running back who can flip field position in a hurry; in the 2024 season, Butler even had a game where Jennings delivered the tiebreaking touchdown in a 30-27 win over Presbyterian, a sign he can handle pressure snaps and finish drives[2]. His profile suggests a back who brings toughness, urgency, and clutch value more than empty stat-padding, which is exactly what you want if your team needs a reliable runner who can thrive in tight games[2].
