SMU’s high-upside tackle: Dramodd Odoms brings rare size and elite recruit buzz
Odoms entered SMU as one of the program’s highest-rated offensive line signees, with recruiting outlets labeling him a four- to five-star tackle and one of the nation’s top 2025 linemen. At 6-foot-6 and about 318 pounds, he offers true left-tackle traits: long, powerful, and built to protect the quarterback’s blind side. The biggest reason to care is the ceiling — if his technique catches up to his frame, SMU may have a future anchor who can play early and grow into a difference-maker.
