Travis Ruff brings size and red-zone upside to The Citadel’s receiver room
In the available 2026 roster data, Travis Ruff is a 6-3, 213-pound redshirt junior wideout for The Citadel from Alpharetta, Georgia, which screams boundary-target potential and physicality at the catch point.[1] Publicly available stat pages do not show a current 2026 production line for him, so the key appeal is projection: a bigger frame that can help in contested catches, third-down throws, and red-zone situations rather than pure speed-only separation.[1][2] If a team wants a developmental receiver with size, maturity, and special-usage upside, Ruff looks like the kind of “keep your eye on this one” fit that can quietly become a useful piece.[1][2]
