Amy West Brings Saint Mary’s Size, Rebounding Presence, and Low-Mistake Frontcourt Depth
Amy West is a 6-foot-4 forward/center who gives Saint Mary’s valuable interior size and a steady, low-usage role; in the 2025 season, she averaged 3.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, and shot 47.6% from the field for the Gaels, while her roster profile notes she played in 20 games and posted 1.2 rebounds per contest in limited minutes at her previous stop.[1][6][3] She fits best as a physical depth piece who can help on the glass, finish efficiently around the rim, and provide lineup flexibility without needing the ball much.[1][3][6]
