Jackson State’s depth-piece back with limited tracked production
Terrell Walters is a Jackson State running back whose available public production is modest, with one source crediting him for 19 tackles over 15 games across 2023-2024, which suggests he was used more as a special-teams/coverage contributor than a featured ball carrier.[1] That makes him more of a developmental fit than an immediate headline-maker: the appeal is likely his willingness to play physical, assignment-driven football and help in hidden-yardage roles, while the main question is whether he can translate that role-player value into more impact on offense. Based on the limited data publicly available, he looks like a depth addition rather than a proven difference-maker.[1]
