seasoned Austin Peay guard with a proven scoring touch and veteran poise
Darcie Warner brings veteran guard savvy and a track record of being a timely scorer for Austin Peay; in the 2010-11 season, she delivered a 17-point game against Eastern Kentucky after a 16-point first half, showing she can swing momentum when shots start falling. Archived team coverage also notes her value as a three-point threat and steady backcourt contributor, with coaches leaning on her for offense and composure. For a team needing a cool-headed guard who can stretch the floor and handle pressure moments, she looks like a smart fit.
