Big-bodied, technically sound tackle with NFL upside
Walter Rouse is a former Oklahoma Sooners offensive tackle who was a 2024 sixth-round NFL Draft pick by the Minnesota Vikings, which signals a prospect valued for traits and development potential more than raw college production. He brings prototype size at 6'6" and 322 pounds, and pre-draft evaluations pegged him as a consensus top-200 player and the 19th-ranked tackle, suggesting steady, transferable tape rather than flash. If you want a durable, coachable lineman with upside and positional flexibility, he fits the profile of a developmental depth addition.
