Dariasia Pitts adds size and rebounding touch to Bethune-Cookman’s frontcourt
In the 2025-26 season, freshman forward Dariasia Pitts has given Bethune-Cookman a 6-foot interior presence with solid board work and active hands, averaging 1.5 points and 1.8 rebounds in 8.6 minutes per game while shooting 40.5% from the field and 47.1% at the line. She was brought in to deepen the frontcourt after helping Winter Haven win a 2025 Florida state title, where she averaged 6.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 0.6 blocks.
