Zac Welch brings veteran grit and stability to Nevada’s offensive line
In the 2023 season, Zac Welch started all 12 games for Nevada and helped anchor a veteran presence on an otherwise inexperienced front, making him the kind of steady, battle-tested OL coaches love. He’s a 6-foot-4, 296-pound lineman with real continuity, leadership value, and a reputation as a tone-setter on the left side. The big differentiator: he isn’t just a body—he’s been described as a respected locker-room leader who brings detail, toughness, and reliability. If your team needs a dependable, no-drama interior blocker who can set the table in the run game, Welch checks a lot of boxes.
