Portland State's Shifty Scoring Guard from the 2010 Era
Dominic Waters, a 6'1" point guard for the Portland State Vikings, wrapped up his college career in 2010 averaging 8.7 points, 2.3 assists, and 1.5 rebounds per game at 45.2% FG—showcasing quickness, crafty drives, and international savvy that fueled pro stints across 10 countries. His undersized intensity and playmaking edge made him a G-League draftee, perfect for teams needing a gritty, experienced combo guard who thrives in high-pressure spots.
