Amelec Juntunen brings veteran depth and defensive versatility to NAU
Amelec Juntunen is a Northern Arizona defensive back with a long program connection and the kind of experience that coaches love for depth, special teams value, and reliable rotational play. NAU lists him at 6-foot, 190 pounds, and his recruiting background shows he arrived as a decorated Arizona prep defender, including all-state recognition and a state MVP nod in high school. He looks like a fit for a team that values toughness, familiarity with the system, and a steady presence rather than flashy headline stats.
