Zac Colletti has become UIW’s steady Friday-night style arm in 2026
In the 2026 season, Zac Colletti has been one of Incarnate Word’s most important starters, opening with 5 scoreless innings against UIC and following with six shutout innings and 6 strikeouts vs. Prairie View A&M[2][1]. He’s shown a durable starter’s profile and a strike-throwing approach, with double-digit starts in his UIW career and a season-long workload that suggests real trust from the staff[15][12]. The swing skill is consistency: when his fastball command is on, he can carry games; when it isn’t, his outings can get bumpy[9][8].
