a low-turnover, two-way guard who gives Norfolk State steady all-around value
In the 2025-26 season, Jordan Leaks has been a reliable rotation guard for Norfolk State, averaging 5.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals per game while starting 28 of 32 games. His calling card is doing a little bit of everything: he rebounds like a bigger guard, competes defensively, and can score efficiently when he’s in rhythm, including a 13-point, perfect-shooting outing at Howard in 2026. The downside is clear too: his scoring load is modest and his perimeter shooting has been inconsistent, but the motor and versatility make him a useful glue piece.
