Grambling DB Lawrence Asiedu brings veteran size and JUCO-honed toughness
Lawrence Asiedu profiles as a sturdy, experienced defensive back for Grambling State, listed at 6-foot-0 and 195 pounds with a path that includes Fort Scott CC before arriving in the Tigers’ program. He was noted as an All-KJCCC Honorable Mention defensive back in his junior-college recruitment, which hints at real playmaking credibility rather than just “looks good on paper” size. The biggest appeal is his older, battle-tested frame and physical edge—an attractive fit for a team that wants a DB who can handle contact, compete downhill, and bring some grown-man energy to the secondary.
