Experienced Northern Colorado DL with early-career game reps
Nick Lyon is a Northern Colorado defensive lineman whose value starts with experience and role flexibility: he appeared in three games as a reserve in 2021 and logged tackles against Sacramento State, giving him at least some live-game production on the defensive front. The biggest reason to care about him is that he profiles as a depth piece with developmental upside rather than a headline stat collector, which can matter if your team needs a disciplined, rotational lineman who understands the system. Publicly available data is limited, so his current impact is best evaluated through film and practice reputation rather than box-score numbers.
