experienced Mississippi State DB with a slim, speed-first profile
Brandon Davis is listed by Mississippi State as a 5-9, 170-pound junior DB, and that tells the story: he’s built more for quickness, coverage versatility, and scrappy tackling than for pure size. Public stat tracking for his Mississippi State career is limited, so the real selling point is fit—he profiles as a compact defensive back who can compete in space, play with urgency, and bring depth to the secondary. If a team wants a physical, downhill enforcer, he’s not that; if it wants a feisty, agile DB with developmental upside, he’s intriguing.
