Willy Nunez Jr. gives Rider a steady, low-drama shot-maker on the wing
Willy Nunez Jr. is a proven guard/wing for Rider who has been a reliable floor-spacer and volume three-point threat, highlighted by a team-high 47 made threes in the 2024-25 season while appearing in all 30 games and starting five.[1] His appeal is clear: he brings shooting, experience, and enough scoring punch to matter even when he is not creating for others, but his value is strongest as a complementary piece rather than a primary engine, since his assists and overall shot efficiency have been modest.[3] If your team needs spacing, toughness, and a guard who can stay ready without demanding the ball, he fits the mold.[1][3]
