Chattanooga's Scoring Firecracker with Elite Steals Prowess
Yazz Wazeerud-Din, Chattanooga Mocs guard, dominated the 2024-25 SoCon season averaging 14.4 PTS, 2.9 REB, 1.2 AST, and 40.7% FG while leading her team with 15.6 PPG, 52 threes, 59 steals, and 97 FTs across 25 games (22 starts)—earning SoCon First Team and All-Tournament honors. A two-time ASUN Player of the Week from her Stetson days, her explosive defense, confident shot-making, and championship pedigree (30-2 JUCO record) make her a dynamic, high-motor fit for teams needing a gritty, versatile guard who elevates wins.
