Bobby Kelsey brings proven big-leg punting ability for Illinois State
Kelsey stands out as a **directional, field-flipping punter** with a live leg and proven college production: ESPN lists him at **40.1 yards per punt** with a **61-yard long**, while Illinois State’s roster notes a season with **39.5 yards per punt**, **12 punts inside the 20**, and three punts over 50 yards. [7][8] He’s the kind of specialist you care about if you want hidden-yardage value, consistency, and the ability to change field position rather than just pile up raw distance.
