Ben Wilson is not Georgia’s current kicker — and that changes the scouting picture
In the 2026 Georgia depth chart, the Bulldogs list Peyton Woodring as the No. 1 kicker, not Ben Wilson, so Wilson does not appear to be a current on-field contributor for Georgia’s special teams unit. That means his immediate value to a team is unclear from public 2026 game data, and the safer read is that he’s more of a roster-status question than a proven performance asset right now. If you’re evaluating fit, the key concern is opportunity: without snaps, stats, or a confirmed depth-chart role, there’s no reliable evidence yet that he’s a game-ready impact kicker for Georgia.
