physical Indiana State linebacker with upside as a run-first defender
Virgil Tharp projects as a **physical, assignment-sound linebacker** for Indiana State, with value tied to taking on blocks, fitting the run, and bringing steady edge to the defense; however, the available search results do not provide reliable current-season stats, rankings, or verified scouting reports specific to him, so his fit should be evaluated through camp reps, special-teams impact, and tackling consistency rather than box-score production alone.
