Robert Kelley brings compact, reliable coverage upside to Middle Tennessee’s secondary
Robert Kelley is a **redshirt junior cornerback** at Middle Tennessee listed at **5-9, 178**, giving him a compact build that can help him play with leverage and toughness in coverage. His profile suggests a useful fit for a defense that values quickness, competitive energy, and disciplined slot or nickel work rather than pure length. Publicly available roster information does not show extensive recent production or injury detail, so the clearest read is that he is a developmental defensive back whose value will come from consistency, effort, and assignment soundness.
