Josh Gentry gives Cal State Fullerton a steady guard option with proven scoring touch
Josh Gentry has shown he can produce offensively for Cal State Fullerton, including a 19-point outing in a win over Cal State Northridge, and ESPN lists him as averaging 5.6 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.0 assists with a 42.3% field-goal rate in the season reflected on its profile.[1][3] What makes him interesting is the combo of shot-making flashes and enough guard versatility to contribute without needing the offense to revolve around him, which can fit well on a roster that wants low-drama, efficient perimeter help. The current public data is thin on advanced context, so his best fit looks like a complementary backcourt piece rather than a high-usage centerpiece.[1][3]
