Rahamanh Katumbusi brings veteran guard savvy and proven shooting touch to Alcorn State
Katumbusi is a compact, experienced guard whose best calling card is shooting: in the 2015-16 season he hit 11-of-28 from three and 15-of-20 at the line, then in 2016-17 he improved to 5-of-16 from deep and 6-of-7 at the stripe while scoring in seven of his final eight games before injury shortened that season. He’s a confident perimeter option with a track record of timely buckets, but the bigger question is durability and whether he can stay on the floor long enough to fully cash in on his skill set.
